Checking Merchant Account Application Status
You can check your merchant account application status at any time.
To check your merchant account application status:

Go to NetSuite Pay > Merchant Application > My Application Status.

The application status in NetSuite will show as one of the following:

Application Started – You started your application, but haven't completed and submitted it yet.

Application Submitted – Your application has been submitted to underwriting team for review; additional documents may still be required.

Received – Your application has been received.

On Hold – Your application is on hold, pending more information.

Processing – The underwriting team is reviewing your application. They will reach out if additional information is needed.

Provisionally Approved – Your application has been approved provided that some conditions are met, you can now set up your system features and settings. For more information, see Configuring the NetSuite Pay Payment Processing Profile.

Complete – You've successfully completed onboarding. You may begin transacting with your customers.
