NetSuite 2024.1 includes the following changes to field service management features:

NetSuite Field Service Management Now Available

NetSuite Field Service Management (formerly NextService) allows you to simplify scheduling and dispatch of field personnel, and automate inventory and customer asset management. You can view and access data in real time.

NetSuite Field Service Management provides the following:

  • The Scheduler streamlines job assignments through a drag-and-drop interface, providing a clear view of any team's availability.

  • The mobile app that gives field technicians access to all the information they need from any location, including job details and customer or asset history.

  • Centralized inventory management, that managers can use to track stock availability to meet customer requirements and reduce equipment loss.

  • Field work data such as materials and parts used can be directly associated to sales orders and invoices for accurate billing.
