Impact Subcategory Record for SaaS Metrics

The impact subcategory is a refined level of reporting changes to recurring revenue. To find this record, go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists > Impact Subcategory. You can filter the accounting list to show only impact subcategories. The default values are automatically assigned. You can also define your own impact subcategories to customize SaaS metrics to fit your unique use cases and internal definitions.
