SaaS Metrics Record for SaaS Metrics Reporting

The SaaS Metrics record is created nightly using the bulk processing framework and is used for reporting. This record can't be edited and is available only for reporting uses to the SaaS 360 Dashboard SuiteApp, search, SuiteAnalytics, and the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).

The SaaS Metrics record uses the analytical impact record as its source. It generates one monthly record per source line with beginning and ending balances for both monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and annual recurring revenue (ARR). The record includes any events during the month that affect the ending MRR and ARR balances. The SaaS 360 Dashboard SuiteApp uses the SaaS Metrics record to generate unified metrics, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs), helping you evaluate your business's health and make decisions.
