The following table summarizes artificial intelligence (AI) features available for NetSuite Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) business processes.

Important:

Feature availability can vary by your NetSuite EPM business process, environment update, region, and account configuration. Generative AI functionality will require the August 2026 (26.08) or later update of Cloud EPM by the end of January 2027. Environments not upgraded to the 26.08 or later update by that date will no longer have access to Generative AI features.
