This help topic describes the recent changes to the Account Reconciliation Sync SuiteApp.

Version 25.1.3

This release fixes an issue with loading data for jobs with Month Before Last relative period type.

This release fixes an issue with the Fetch File via SFTP job functionality.

This release fixes a localization issue on the Manage Jobs page related to job status.

This release introduces the following changes:

The List Subsidiary permission has been added to the NSAR Integration role.
You can now add the same job multiple times to a Group job.
You can use the Plug-in Code Generator to create a custom plug-in script for importing enterprise journal data from your Account Reconciliation application. See Using the Plug-in Code Generator.
You can export your Account Reconciliation Sync configuration In NetSuite into a single file. Then, you can use the single file as a configuration backup, or import it to another NetSuite account. See Import/Export Configuration.
You can use a checklist of tasks to make sure you have configured Account Reconciliation Sync properly. See Account Reconciliation Sync Configuration Checklist.

This release introduces the following changes:

The NSAR Implementer role has been removed. NetSuite users can now set up and configure the Account Reconciliation Sync SuiteApp using the NSEPM Implementer role. See Role Permissions for Account Reconciliation Sync.
You can now update permissions for the NSAR Integration role.
You can schedule and run the following new jobs from NetSuite:
- Account Reconciliation Report jobs to load reports from your Account Reconciliation application into NetSuite. See Setting Up Account Reconciliation Report Job Type Parameters.
- Group jobs to create a group of Account Reconciliation jobs that you want to run from NetSuite. See Setting Up Group Job Type Parameters.
- Auto Match jobs to initiate the auto match process in your Account Reconciliation application. See Setting Up Auto Match Job Type Parameters.
You can load Account Reconciliation Reports into NetSuite. See Loading Account Reconciliation Reports into NetSuite.
You can select criteria when enabling a saved search to load data incrementally:
- Date Created
- Date Last Modified
- Date Line Last Modified
