Customizing PDF Templates
The North America Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp allows you to customize PDF templates for customer communications following E-Document generation. Create and tailor Advanced PDF templates within NetSuite to align with specific requirements.
This guide walks you through the process of selecting the preferred PDF templates for your customers. If a preferred PDF template for invoicing is not selected for a customer, the system automatically uses the SuiteApp’s standard PDF templates. You can download the PDF from the North America Electronic Invoicing subtab after the delivery status of the e-document is set to Sent.
The following are the listed templates:

For Invoice – North America Standard Invoice Template

For Credit Memo – North America Standard Credit Memo Template
Do not modify or delete the SuiteApp's standard PDF templates for an invoice transactions. Modifying or deleting the template may prevent the SuiteApp from sending e-invoices and require you to reinstall the SuiteApp.
To select the preferred PDF template for your customer:

Create or edit a customer record.

On the customer record, go to the North America Electronic Invoicing subtab.

In the North America Invoice PDF Template list, select your custom advanced PDF template for invoices.

In the North America Credit Memo PDF Template list, select your custom advanced PDF template for credit memos.

Click Save.
