Customer Surveys

NetSuite has the tools you need to create a customer survey from creation to results analysis.

You can use custom records to create an online survey form that you link to from the email you send to customers. When a customer completes the survey, NetSuite creates a new survey record and links it to the customer's record.

You can create a standard online form for the survey. You can also upload your own HTML template for a completely customized online form. You can add custom code validation to online forms for added control over the information entered by the customer.

With NetSuite Mail Merge or Marketing Campaign features, you can send email to your customers that contains a link to the online survey form. When you add a parameter for the customer's name in the URL, NetSuite associates the completed survey with the correct customer record.
