Customer Surveys
NetSuite has the tools you need to create a customer survey from creation to results analysis.
You can use custom records to create an online survey form and link it in the email you send to customers. When a customer completes the survey, NetSuite creates a new survey record and links it to the customer's record.
You can create a standard online form for the survey. You can also upload your own HTML template for a fully customized form. You can add custom code validation to online forms for more control over what customers enter.
With NetSuite Mail Merge or Marketing Campaigns, you can send emails to your customers with a link to the survey form. When you add a parameter for the customer's name in the URL, NetSuite associates the completed survey with the correct customer record.
