New Features and Enhancements

Subsidiary Deployments

A new load balancing feature has been added for Multi Subsidiary accounts. When enabled, features with high volume Scheduled Scripts, such as Programs, will generate and manage a Scheduled Script Deployment for each Subsidiary rather single central deployment. See the Script documentation page for more information.

  • New NextService User Event customdeploy_nx_subsidiary_userevent script deployment for the Subsidiary record.

  • New NextService Scheduled : Script customdeploy_nx_script script deployment.

  • New Scheduler Script parameter NextService Subsidiary custscript_nx_subsidiary.

Mobile

  • The .jfif file type is now a supported file type for uploading in the Files tab and File form inputs.

  • The user avatar in the main menu will now display the user's image if present and fall back to their initials.

Schedule Board

A new animated icon has been added to the Sync menu to indicate when multiple tasks are syncing.

Config Changes

Config no longer applies Subsidiary specific merging logic. Only configuration records with Subsidiary 1 are applied at runtime.

Bug Fixes

  • IS01129: An issue was resolved the caused Signature fields to not display on NetSuite forms.

  • IS01199: A problem was resolved that caused programs to apply the default values for the total, interval, and offset options when they are configured to apply dynamic values.

  • IS01201: A problem was resolved that caused the Project Profitability report to always display No Data Available.

  • IS01202: An issue was resolved that caused a recurrence series to not correctly propagate changes to the series when the user edited both a recurrence option and an instance field.

  • IS01203: Several problems were resolved with the Select block. Select blocks no longer show options from Select blocks on other forms with the same id. Users will no longer be navigated away from the app when typing Enter into the options search input. Selected options are now no longer displayed in the unselected options list.

  • IS01204: A problem was resolved that caused the next case in a project program that uses the Shift option to have the wrong Start Date when the previous case End Date is before its Start Date.

  • IS01205: A problem was resolved that caused the app to error when signing in as a user that doesn’t have a last name. This issue has being fixed and now users with only first name can log into the app without any issues.

  • IS01206: A problem was resolved that caused consumables to get stuck in the billing queue when a consumable on a task with no case exists in the system. This problem has been fixed and the consumable billing queue should now resume processing.

  • IS01209: Several problems were resolved with the Time block. It now displays -- : -- as a placeholder instead of 12:00 AM when it has no value. When users type 0 into the Hour input, they will no longer see 12. Users can now use backspace to clear the input values.
