NextService Console

  • The Suitelet NextService Documentation cusomdeploy_nx_documentation has been renamed to NextService Console cusomdeploy_nx_console.

  • The NextService Center Tab option Administration > Documentation has been renamed to Administration > Console for the NextService Center and Classic Center.

Bug Fixes

  • IS01182: A problem was resolved that caused the banner to show up to all assets when an asset location is updated. The banner no longer displays on those assets that are not updated.

  • IS01192: Resolved an issue in the Mobile App that caused decimal values to not be recognized on android devices.

  • IS01197: An issue where select blocks were selecting the first option be default has been resolved.

  • IS01198: A bug in the mobile app has been resolved that caused decimal values not to display correctly when in Read-only.

  • IS01194: A navigation issue has been addressed on the mobile app where tasks were not opening up when a pin on the map was selected.

  • IS01168: An issue was resolved where the Generate Invoice button was not billing time and expenses when the Combine Time/Expense Items on Invoices preference was enabled.

  • IS01196: An issue was resolved where the Email Mobile Login Button was not working on some employee records.

  • IS01195: An issue was resolved where Programs were generating Cases before the Start Date.

  • IS01191: An issue was resolved where Biannual Programs where generating three cases instead of the expected two cases.

  • IS01162: An issue was resolved where hiding the map on the Schedule Board was disabling the ability to right-clock on a task to show additional details.

  • IS01186: An issue was resolved where T and F were being returned as true and false incorrectly, causing the mobile app to render them as blank options in a Select Block.

  • IS01190: An issue was resolved where an error was being displayed when updating an asset location while the Project Management feature was turned off.

  • IS01188: An issue was resolved where when creating a new case with a new project would intermittently fail to set the new project field on the new case.

  • IS01200: An issue was resolved that caused the app to not update the departed field (offsite) when a technician leaves the radius of the job location.
