What should I do if I want to request Virtual Card monthly statement payments be debited from a bank account through auto-debit?

As part of your HSBC Online Account relationship, you have been provided with an HSBC Online Account. Only this account can be used to pay your Virtual Card monthly statement amount.

You do have the ability to submit one-off payments. If required, call 1-800-411-9264, where you will be directed to a Virtual Card support specialist.
