What should I do if I submitted a mid-cycle payment that I do not see on my HSBC Virtual Card account, and I would like to understand if this payment has been credited to my account?

Payments can take up to 5 business days to post to your account. Call 1-800-411-9264, where you will be directed to a Virtual Card support specialist for assistance if the payment is not reflected on your account after 5 business days.
