Requesting a Billing Statement Copy

What should I do if I want to request a copy of a billing statement that is not available for me to access from the Payment Automation dashboard?

You can view and download e-statements from your Payment Automation dashboard for the prior 6 months for Virtual Cards and 12 months for all charges not related to Virtual Cards.

If you want to view an earlier statement, contact NetSuite Customer Support, providing the dates of the statement required and the type of statement: Virtual Card or all other charges. A copy of the statement will be sent to you.
