Processing a Different Virtual Card Amount

Can I process a virtual card payment for a different amount than the Total amount on the remittance email that I have received?

For security reasons, single-use Virtual Cards can only be used for the total authorized amount. Trying to process a virtual card for a different amount will result in a failure.
