Deactivating and Restoring a Brand

To deactivate a brand:

  1. Go to your brand in Setup > Brands and then select the Brand you want to deactivate

  2. Next, you simply have to go to the right of the screen and select "Deactivate"

  3. You will be prompted with a warning before you can finally deactivate the Brand. you have made your final decision hit the "Deactivate (Brand Name)".

To restore a brand

  1. After a Brand has been deactivated you can simply choose to restore it anytime you need. All you need to do is click Restore Brands when you are on the Setup > Brands page.

  2. A list of all of the deactivated brands will show up with an option to restore them. Click Restore to continue.

  3. You will be prompted with a warning message explaining that any roster units that were deactivated with the brand will be restored. Click Restore (Brand name) to continue.
