2303: Error: Unable to fetch packages or integration information.

The system is currently unable to process your request. Please try again or verify the error for possible correction. If the issue persists, contact NetSuite support.

Connector is not updated to latest version.

Go to Connector Setup page and edit the connection.

Dataflows from Salesforce to NetSuite failed due to Missing fields error.

Error code: Unable to find field in Target System.

  • Custom field with mentioned field ID do not exist in NetSuite.

  • Custom field with mentioned field IDs exist but not added to the 'Preferred form' to which Salesforce Connector posts the record to NetSuite.

  • Verify and create the custom field in NetSuite with the field ID.

  • Add custom field ID to the Preferred form (Customization > Forms > Preferred column) in NetSuite.

Note:

This issue does not occur for the second point when posting to Salesforce because the value will be posted to the field even if the field is not present in a particular layout, if the field exists in Salesforce.
