Specifying the Address on Printed Forms
When the Location feature is enabled in your account with a Philippines nexus, the Print Address on Form field is added to your location record. This field lets you specify the logo and address that will appear on printed Philippines documents.
To set the address on printed forms:

Go to Setup > Company > Classifications > Locations. Then, click the Edit link of the Philippines location you want to update.

On the Locations record, click the Philippines Invoicing subtab.

On the Philippines Invoicing subtab, click the Document Setup subtab.

Click Print Address on Form. In this field, you can set the logo and address you want to appear in printed documents. Select from the following preferences:

Use Company Preferences – Use details in your company-wide preferences. See Printing for more information.

Use Location – Use details in the location record indicated in the transaction.

Use Subsidiary – Use details in the subsidiary record indicated in the transaction. For accounts without OneWorld, the Use Subsidiary option is replaced with Use Company Information. Select this option to use details in the company information record indicated in the transaction.
Note:Use Company Preferences is selected by default. To check existing company preferences, go to Setup > Company > Preferences > Printing & Fax Preferences.

Click Save.
The logo and address selected will be indicated when you print transaction that use Philippines invoicing templates.
You cannot change the seller, buyer, and footer details of approved and printed transactions. To ensure BIR-required details such as address details display correctly, update the Print Address on Form setup of your subsidiary or location before creating a transaction.
