Revenue Restriction Management

You can set restrictions on contributions, and after the donor-imposed restrictions have been met, release the revenue from its restriction.

For use restrictions, NFP Financials can automatically create Release from Restriction transactions. An administrator selects a saved search for automatic processing in General Preferences. A script evaluates the search results and creates transactions for eligible amounts. You can continue to create these transactions manually when needed.

Automatic processing applies only to use restrictions. You must continue to release revenue from time restrictions manually.
