Addressing SuiteApp Installation Failures

Users from your install base can view the installation log from their NetSuite Accounts. The installation log on the Deployment Audit Trail page provides information to assist with troubleshooting failures for installation, upgrade, and uninstallation. Note:

A SuiteApp can only be upgraded by a version of a higher number than is currently installed. If the installation of the new version fails, an install attempt can be repeated for the same version.
