Importing Translations into a Translation Collection

You can import XLFF translations into Translation Collections from the Strings and Import Jobs subtab on the Manage Translations page.

You can only import XLIFF files that follow the XLIFF v1.2 standard into a Translation Collection.

When you're importing translations, you can select and import multiple files at the same time.

Make sure your file meets these requirements to import successfully.

You can't create a new Translation Collection by importing translations into an account with no collections. You can only import translations into an existing Translation Collection that you've already created.

To import translations into a Translation Collection:

  1. Go to Customization > Translations > Manage Translations.

  2. On the Strings or the Import Jobs subtab of the Manage Translations page, click Import Translations.

  3. Choose one or more files to import by doing one of the following:

    • Click Choose a file, then browse and select on or more files from your computer.

    • Or, drag and drop the files from your computer onto the Import Strings dialog.

    Note:

    If you hover over the number of files to be imported, you'll see a list of their names.

  4. Click Import.

When you import translations into a Translation Collection, you may see these results:
