Customizing a Snapshot Form

You can customize your Supply Chain Snapshot form to learn more when analyzing inventory supply and demand. This enables you to more efficiently plan future purchases and product line production.

Customize your snapshot form to use the following new fields:

Entity

Add the Entity field to the show information about the vendor or customer in the Supply Chain Snapshot.

Original Transaction Date

Add the Original Transaction Date field to show the Original Transaction Date in the Supply Chain Snapshot.

Past Due Date

Add the Past Due Date field to show the number of days past due in the Supply Chain Snapshot.

Status

Add the Status field to show the transaction status in the Supply Chain Snapshot.

If your custom snapshot form shows the Status field, you can additionally choose to filter the list by transaction status. To do this, use the Filters field on the Available Filters subtab.

To customize Supply Chain Snapshot forms:

  1. Go to Lists > Accounting > Items.

  2. Click Customize View.

  3. In the Field list, select the appropriate field value.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Click Save.
