Items by Customer Workbook
The Items by Customer workbook lets you select specific customers and view the items they can see, and whether they can see the item prices and buy them. The workbook shows you:

which customer segments the selected customers are in
-
which item segments are mapped to those customer segments

which items are included in the item segments
-
the website visibility level of the item segment to the customer segment
To view which items are viewable or purchasable by specific customers:

Go to Commerce > Marketing > Personalization > Customer Segments Manager.

Click Save & View Report and select the Items by Customer workbook.
Alternatively, access the workbook by going to the Workbook Listing page and clicking the Items by Customer link in the Standard Workbooks list. For more information, see Accessing and Sharing Workbooks and Datasets.
Note:If the Save & View Report button is not visible, check your permissions – you may not have access to workbooks. See Personalized Catalog Views Roles and Permissions for more information.

In the Items by Customer pivot table, click the Field Menu icon
next to Customers, then click Filter Customers.

Select the desired customers in the left pane and click > to add them to the right pane of the filter window.

Click Apply.

Click the Field Menu icon
next to Website Visibility Level, then click Filter Website Visibility Level.
To see the items that each selected customer:

can view and buy, select Display Fully in the left pane of the filter window

can view with prices but not buy, select Disable Purchase in the left pane of the filter window

can view without prices and not buy, select Disable Purchase and Hide Price

cannot see on the web store, select Hide Fully in the left pane of the filter window

Click > to add the selected Website Visibility Level to the right pane.

Click Apply.
The pivot table updates to show the items each selected customer can view and buy.
