Date Visibility

The Subscriptions website interface has several dates users need to know to effectively manage their subscriptions:

• Activation Date: The date the subscription is first available for use by the customer.

• Last Billing Date: The date the customer was last billed for the subscription.

• Next Billing Date: The date the customer will receive their next bill for the subscription.

• Renewal: The date the subscription was last renewed.

• Added: The date the add-on was added to the subscription.
