Website users can:

View the status and details of their existing subscriptions, including:

Subscription plan name

Activation date

Last billing date

Next billing date

Renewal date

Subscription status

View optional add-on lines available for their subscriptions.
Add-on lines are subscription options added when the subscription plan was created but not included when the subscription was created.

View the add-on lines (optional line entries) currently active in their subscriptions.

View the details of their add-ons including the service description, quantity, cost summary, and pricing information.

Cancel or suspend the subscription line items and add-ons.
You can configure these options in your subscription configuration record. See Configure Subscriptions.

Revise the quantity of optional add-on subscription plan items.

Suspend and restart a subscription.

After selecting a subscription on the My Subscriptions page, site users can view additional information about the selected subscription, including:
