Scheduling Script Deployments for NSPB Sync

NSPB Sync uses script deployments to execute Data Management jobs in NetSuite. Depending on your version of NSPB Sync, you need to schedule deployment of the following scripts in NetSuite.

For the Latest NSPB Sync:

• NSPB MR DLR Scheduler, ID customdeploy_nspbcs_mr_dlr_scheduler

• NSPB SS Job status update, ID customdeploy_nspbcs_dlr_status_update

For NSPB Sync 2020.x:

• NS-PBCS MR DLR Scheduler, ID customdeploy_nspbcs_mr_dlr_scheduler

• NS-PBCS SS DLR status update, ID customdeploy_nspbcs_dlr_status_update

To schedule a script deployment properly for NSPB Sync:

1. In NetSuite, go to Customization > Scripting > Scripts.

2. (Optional) If NetSuite displays a long list of scripts, you can narrow the list by doing the following:

   1. Expand the Filters area if the filters are not displayed.

   2. From the From Bundle filter, select the bundle ID.

   Tip:

   You can enter the name of the script deployment in the Global Search field, and click the script deployment in the displayed results.

3. Click the Deployments link for the script deployment you want to schedule.

4. Click Edit next to the script deployment.

5. On the Schedule subtab, do the following:

   • Set the Start Time field to 12:00 am.

   • Set the Repeat field to Every 15 minutes.

6. Click Save.

7. Repeat these steps for each script deployment.
