License Expired
My license expired, can I process payments with HSBC Bank?
No, you need valid AP Automation license to process payments with HSBC Account. Please contact your account manager.
My license is renewed, still I am facing license expired error when trying to process payments from HSBC Bank Account.
Go to Setup > License Client > License Dashboard and check the Status of the AP Automation license in the License Dashboard.
If the status is Expired or Stale, manually fetch the license from License server. Go to Setup > License Client > Manual License Request to fetch the license. After the manual license request, renewed license details are shown in NetSuite SuiteApp Licenses. If the AP Automation license is active, the License Dashboard is updated with the Active status. Now you shall be able to process the payments. Please contact Customer Support if your license status is not updated.
