Enable JSON-LD for your Blog

You can enable JSON-LD to be used with your blog. JSON-LD adds more data to the pages of your blog to improve search engine optimization. NetSuite uses JSON-LD according to the BlogPosting schema found at Schema.org.

Note:

This feature requires SuiteCommerce or the 2020.1 release of SCA or later.

In addition to the Blog Post fields, JSON-LD uses the Display Name field located on the Website Setup record and the Logo URL field located on the SuiteCommerce Configuration record (Layout tab > Header subtab). The Display Name field is required for your website. The Logo URL field determines the site header logo and is not required, but you should set this field to improve the information included in JSON-LD and search engine optimization.

To enable JSON-LD:

  1. In NetSuite, go to Setup > SuiteCommerce Advanced > Configuration.

  2. Select the website and domain where the Blog extension is activated and click Configure.

  3. Navigate to the Shopping Catalog tab, Structured Data Markup subtab.

  4. In the Markup Type field, select JSON-LD.

  5. Click Save.
