Order Reservation
This topic applies to all versions of SuiteScript.
Order reservation works as a virtual container that enables you to save multiple sources of supply for a specific group of future demands. This helps you to ensure that supplies are saved for high priority customers.

Prerequisites
The Sales Channel Allocation feature must be enabled.
Supported Script Types
The order reservation record is scriptable in both client and server SuiteScript.
Supported Functions
The order reservation record is partially scriptable. It can be created, read, updated, deleted, copied, and searched using SuiteScript. It cannot be transformed.
Usage Notes
The order reservation record has three sublists that are not exposed. The Description field is not exposed. The Supply Allocation and Fulfillment sublists are read-only.
