Viewing Recent Customer Activity
You can view a summary of recent customer activity from the Show Activity option on the customer record. This is useful for sales or support representatives who want to get an overview of recent customer communication before contacting the customer.
To view recent customer activity:

Go to Lists > Relationships > Customers.

Click View next to the customer whose recent activity you want to view.

On the Actions menu, select Show Activity.
The following screenshot shows the Actions menu with the Show Activity option outlined in red.
A popup window displays a chronological list up to 100 of the most recent customer activities including tasks, phone calls, events, and support case communication. An example is shown in the following screenshot.

To print the activity list, click Print at the bottom of the popup window.

To close the popup window, click Close.
