Setting Maximum Quantity for Inventory During Product Sync
Sometimes, you might want to set a maximum limit, or ceiling, on the quantity NetSuite Connector syncs for products. If you set a maximum limit and your item's quantity is higher, NetSuite Connector will only sync up to your limit. For example, if your maximum is 25 but you have 30 in stock, NetSuite Connector will only sync 25.
To set maximum quantity for inventory during product sync:

Log in to app.farapp.com.

Select the connector and the relevant account.

Go to Mappings > Products.

Perform one of the following actions:

For marketplace connectors like Amazon or Walmart, from the Category list, select the category.

For other connectors, from the Select Sync Type field, select Price/Quantity Only or Full Product.

From the product mappings list, locate the inventory mapping, and click Special Mapping – Click to Edit.
The inventory_level Mapping window opens.
Note:If you don't see the inventory field or the one your storefront uses, click Add Mapping to add it to your mapping.

In the Maximum Value (Optional) field, enter the maximum limit value.

Click Save Changes.

Click Save.
