Using the Site Maintenance Domains List

You can view a list of all the maintenance domains set up in your account by going to Setup > Site Builder > Site Maintenance Domains > New, or Setup > SuiteCommerce Advanced > Site Maintenance Domains.

From the list page, you can change the Site Maintenance Folder for a domain. You cannot change a site maintenance domain name after you have entered it in NetSuite. If you make a mistake in entering the site maintenance domain name, you must enter a new one correctly. You must remove the site maintenance domain from the Domains page before you can delete it.

To edit the maintenance domain folder:

Go to Commerce > Hosting > Site Maintenance Domains > New.
Click Edit next to a site maintenance domain.
Select a different folder from the Site Maintenance Folder list.
After making your changes, click Save.

After a site maintenance domain has been associated with a website domain name, it must be removed from the domains list, before it can be deleted.

To delete a maintenance domain:

Go to Commerce > Hosting > Domains.
1. Find the Site Maintenance Domain to delete.
2. Click on the Domain Name to which the site maintenance domain corresponds.
3. Select the blank entry to remove the maintenance domain from the list.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Save.
Go to Commerce > Hosting > Domains.
1. Click Edit next to the Site Maintenance Domain to delete.
2. On the Set Up Site Maintenance page, click the Actions menu.
3. Select Delete.
4. Click Save.
