Viewing Bulk Merge History

You can view the status of your bulk merge operations at Documents > Mail Merge > Merge History.

To view bulk merge history:

  1. Choose Documents > Mail Merge > Merge History.

  2. Optional. To narrow or expand your search of merge history files, apply filters on the Filters subtab.

To view bulk merge information about each recipient's record, you must customize the entry form to include the Bulk Merge subtab.

To show the Bulk Merge subtab on relationship records:

  1. Go to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.

  2. Click Customize next to the type of form you want to include the Bulk Merge subtab.

  3. On the custom entry form page, check the Form is Preferred box.

  4. Under Lists, Communication subtab, check the Show box next to Bulk Merge.

  5. Click Save.

A record of each type of merge is now accessible from the Communication subtab.

Note:

The file attached to this subtab is not the merged PDF that contains customer data. It is the bulk merge template. To view the populated mail merge, use Merge History.
