Enable Commerce Categories Feature
To enable the Commerce Categories feature:

Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.

Click the Web Presence subtab.

In the Web Site field group, select the Commerce Categories box.
Note:
If you use Commerce Categories to implement Personalized Catalog Views on your website, you must remove all mappings between Commerce Categories and Customer Segments before you can disable the Commerce Categories feature. For more information about using Commerce Categories to implement Personalized Catalog Views, see Defining Item Segments.
