Required Features for Installing the NSPB Sync SuiteApp

Before installing the SuiteApp, you must enable features required by the NSPB Sync SuiteApp in your NetSuite account.

To enable the required features:

  1. Go to Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features.

  2. Click the CRM subtab.

  3. Under the Basic Features section, check the Customer Relationship Management box.

  4. Click the SuiteCloud subtab, and check the following boxes:

    • Custom Records

    • Client SuiteScript

    • Server SuiteScript

    • Token-based Authentication

  5. Click Save.

To use single sign-on when navigating to your Planning and Budgeting from your NetSuite account, you must also enable the SuiteSignOn feature.
