Can I temporarily suspend my NetSuite Pay account?
No. When your merchant account is active, monthly fees apply even if integration is incomplete or if your merchant account isn't being actively used for processing payments.
Will my account be closed if I don't use it?
Yes. Accounts with no processing for six months are subject to closure. Versapay will reach out to you before closure to understand why no transactions are occurring.
How do I cancel my NetSuite Pay merchant account?
To cancel your NetSuite Pay merchant account, contact your NetSuite account manager.
When will my charges be processed after closing my NetSuite Pay account?
Versapay will verify all charges have been posted before closing the account. After everything is settled, they can formally close your account. Contact your NetSuite account manager for more information.
Are there any fees for canceling my NetSuite Pay merchant account?
There are no fees for canceling your account. Prior to cancellation, any outstanding fees or charges on your account must be paid in full.
