Overview

To track the last sales activity, the SuiteApp adds the Last Sales Activity field in lead, prospect, customer, contact, and opportunity records. This field displays the date when a sales activity was last performed for that record.

To view the record of a sales activity, click the link in the Last Sales Activity field.

You can also add reminders, key performance indicators, and saved searches to your dashboard. These tools can help you find leads, prospects, contacts, and opportunities that have not had any sales activities in the last week. For more information, see Using the Last Sales Activity SuiteApp.

Note:

Workflows that run after an update on the lead, prospect, customer, contact, or opportunity record might conflict with the bundle script that updates the Last Sales Activity field. To avoid conflicts, convert these workflows to User Event Scripts.
