Tracking Numbers with Shipping Label Integration

Important:

NetSuite Ship Central is NetSuite's standard shipping solution. For more information, see NetSuite Ship Central.

The Shipping Integration with FedEx, UPS, and USPS/Endicia is not available to new customers. It is available with limited support only for existing customers before they transition to NetSuite Ship Central.

For more information about transitioning to NetSuite Ship Central, including the self-service procedure, see Upgrading from Integrated Shipping to NetSuite Ship Central (SuiteAnswers ID 1015202).

Depending on business requirements, you can use the ShipStation Connector in NetSuite Connector as an alternative. For more information, see Managing the ShipStation Connector in NetSuite Connector.

For more information about selecting the best shipping solution for your needs, see Comparing NetSuite Shipping Options (SuiteAnswers ID 1046701).

If you use the Shipping Label Integration feature, you can automatically receive tracking numbers from UPS, FedEx, or USPS into your account.

To receive a tracking number, fulfill an order that includes an integrated shipping item.

To identify orders with integrated shipping items:

  1. Go to Transactions > Sales > Fulfill Orders.

  2. Click the Orders subtab.

  3. Orders that include integrated shipping items have a check in the Label Integration column.

To learn more, see Shipping Integration with FedEx, UPS, and USPS/Endicia.

Important:

The NetSuite shipping label integration supports the tracking and shipment of hazardous materials and dangerous goods, including U.S. Department of Transportation Emergency Response Requirements (49 CFR Part 172.201, Part 172.604), only with FedEx integration. For other carriers, contact a SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) partner if you ship hazardous materials or dangerous goods.
