EPM Cloud Planning

Use these checklists on your first day! Follow the steps to do initial tasks like set up your environment, log in, enter data, analyze forms and use reports. The checklists are organized by roles for Service Administrators, Power Users, Users, and Viewers.

Select your role, then use a checklist to get started on your first day.

Service Administrator

As a Service Administrator you are a technical leader. You create and administer Planning or Planning Modules and service components. For example, you can manage application security, create and migrate applications, and set up maintenance and backups.

Power User

As a Power User you are a department head or business unit manager in charge of a region. You manage several functional areas in Planning. For example, you can control approval processes, create reports, load data, and manage business rules.

User

As a User you are a planner or analyst. You enter data into forms and analyze them. For example, you can analyze forms using ad hoc features and create reports.

Viewer

As a Viewer you are an analyst or executive. You view business plans during the budgeting process. For example, you can view and analyze data through forms and data access tools.
