Act As User Role Option for Service Administrators

A new user preference is available for Service Administrators to enable testing of configurations of permissions, validations, and workflow policies as a user without complete data and metadata access.  When the Act As This Role preference is set to User, the Service Administrator's access to user interface screens and data will be restricted based on the permissions that have been granted to them and the user groups they are assigned to.  While this user preference is set, the Service Administrator will only be involved in request workflows for policies they are associated with and can only modify data that they have the permissions to edit.

Business Benefit: Service Administrators have the ability to evaluate a particular configuration of permissions, validations, and policies without the need for separate user accounts with the User predefined role.
