IPM Insights, Advanced Predictions, and Auto Predict: Support for Sibling-Related Functions

When configuring IPM Insights, Advanced Predictions, and Auto Predict prediction definitions, you can now use sibling-based functions when defining the slice or defining the model scope for the insight or prediction.

Applies To: Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, Freeform, Planning, Tax Reporting.

Note: Advanced Predictions and Auto Predict apply only to FreeForm and Planning.

Sibling functions allow you to select members relative to a given member within a hierarchy. The following functions are now supported:

  • LSIBLINGS – Returns siblings to the left of the member.
  • ILSIBLINGS – Returns the member and its siblings to the left.
  • RSIBLINGS – Returns siblings to the right of the member.
  • IRSIBLINGS – Returns the member and its siblings to the right.
