Enhancements to Redwood Experience for Review Proposed Progressions and Salary Updates
We enhanced the Redwood Review Proposed Progressions and Salary Updates page.
- You no longer need to scroll to the bottom of the list before exporting to Excel. Now, you can immediately click Export to download the results to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet file is limited to 10,000 rows.
- We increased the number of results that display by default on the page. Now, both the Updates and Errors page show up to 500 results at a time. Use the filters to change which results are loaded to the page. For example, you can use the status filter to show only results with status of Not Processed, and exclude results that are already accepted.
With these enhancements, improve your review of results.

Tips And Considerations
If you've got a large number of assignments, take note of these tips:
- The page will fetch 25 assignments at a time, as you scroll down. Make sure your rows have loaded before you take a bulk action, such as Accept.
- The export will take some time, and there isn't currently a visual indication that it's in progress. For large files, you may need to wait for a response.
Here are some alternatives for processing and viewing a large number of assignments:
- When running the process, select the option to create a transaction report. The transaction report will show all assignments.
- If you configure your grade ladder so that the confirmation type is Automatic (instead of Manual), you don't need to manually accept the transactions in the Review Proposed Progression and Salary Updates page.
