You can now display the Artificial Intelligence-based (AI-based) Agent task type in section level guided journeys in addition to the existing display at page level guided journeys.

Users can also leverage AI capabilities at the section level in guided journeys and find relevant answers within the transaction.

Steps to Enable

You need to enable the ORA_PER_AGENT_TASK_TYPE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED profile option so that users can select the Agent task type in guided journeys. By default, this profile option is set to N.

Tips And Considerations

  • You can use the Agent task type only in a guided journey.

  • This feature is only available when using guided journeys on Redwood pages.

  • The interaction with the agent is only displayed on the UI and not stored anywhere.

  • The Agent task type can't be created in the task library or in a task group.
