Define Recommendation Audiences Using User Groups

You can now define audiences for recommendation profiles using user groups.  The Audience section, Selection Method list now includes the User groups option.

This enhancement improves recommendation relevance and engagement. 

Steps to Enable

1. While you don't need to enable this feature, you do need to enable self-paced learning to use this feature.
2. You also need to enable the release 24D and 25A recommendations features. See step 6 in Prepare Oracle Learning for Redwood.

Access Requirements

To define a recommendation audience using learning user groups, you need this privilege:

Privilege Name	Code	Description
Recommend by Learning User Group	WLF_RECOMMEND_BY_LEARNING_USER_GROUP_PRIV	Allows the user to define a recommendation audience using learning user groups.
