Redwood Experience: Job Applicant Screening Agent Template

Take advantage of the Job Applicant Screening Agent Template to create an agent team in the AI Agent Studio that can be accessed via a guided journey from the Job Application page. This agent is an "ask me anything" type assistant that allows users to retrieve information such as, but not limited to, feedback responses and scores, lifecycle information, actions taken in the past x number of weeks, and assessment and background check information.

Sample questions and prompts include:

What's the current status of this application?
Give me everything you know about this application.

It can also prompt a user with by asking what they'd like to know and suggesting some examples like:

Application status and details
Timeline and recent changes
Screening questions and assessments
Interview feedback
Candidate profile (work history, education, skills, languages, work preferences)
Offer information
Complete application summaries

This agent reduces the amount of time that it takes for an infrequent user to find information that's stored within the job application.

Steps to Enable

Your environment must have the appropriate services for Oracle Applications Platform deployed. For more information, see FAQ2521 on My Oracle Cloud Support
Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes, and enable permission groups for the appropriate roles. See Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio

Access Requirements

The agents you can view depend on the roles and privileges assigned to you. To access this agent, your role must be explicitly granted access to it by an AI Studio Administrator.
