Record and Request Learning Redwood Experience

You can record event, self-paced learning, and specialization completions from the Learning Catalogs page. You can record external learning and create requests for learning that isn't in the learning catalog directly from the Learning Assignment Profiles and Learning Assignment pages.  You can now also set the initial assignment status in learning assignment profiles for courses, offerings, and specializations to Pending fulfillment. And you can create profiles with start dates in the past.

Steps to enable and configure

To turn on the Redwood flows,

1. Set up unified learning catalog administration and access control.
2. Enable Redwood Assignment Management.

Certain actions appear only to users with Learning Specialist privileges.

The delivered Learning Assignment Management Duty role has this role related to learning assignments. Make sure to add the duty role to your corresponding custom roles.
