Use this feature to:

• Open Career Coach in the offer context when an authenticated candidate lands on an offer page.
• Help candidates with questions about offer details, compensation, benefits, start date, and other offer-related information.
• Ground answers in offer information and supporting documentation.
• Use offer-related information such as assignment information, candidate-facing documents, and offer letter content.

Business benefit: This feature improves the candidate experience by providing immediate, personalized assistance during the offer review process. Candidates can quickly get answers to questions about their offer details and supporting documentation without requiring recruiter intervention. Steps to enable and configure

To use this feature, complete these prerequisites:

• Enable the Career Coach Agent for Career Sites.
• Upload current and accurate RAG documents if Career Coach should use customer-provided offer guidance.

Tips and considerations

• Ensure uploaded RAG documents are current, accurate, and aligned with company recruiting policies.
• Review uploaded content periodically to maintain answer quality and relevance.
• Consider governance and security policies for AI-generated candidate interactions.
• Candidates must be authenticated and must have an active offer. Career Coach can answer offer questions only in the offer context and only for offers in Extended or Accepted states.

Access requirements
