Search and Manage Requisitions Using a Header-Only View
You can search and manage requisitions with a header-only view using the My Requisitions page in the Redwood Self Service Procurement application. The header-only view displays requisitions to which you have access, matches your keywords, and applies filters in a compact view, including these attributes:
- Requisition status
- Requisition number & description
- Associated orders information
- Approval amount
- Creation date

Also, you will be shown the "Entered By" person name if the requisition is prepared by another person in your organization.
You can set the default view of the My Requisitions from the Preferences drawer using the Display settings section.
Preferences Display Settings
At any time in your session, you can switch between the header-only view and the view that includes headers and lines using the Requisitions and Lines toggle buttons, which applies until the end of the session.
These sections provide additional details of the feature function of My Requisitions page:
Search & Search Results
- Search continues to work on attributes across headers, lines, and distributions.
- In addition to the existing search capabilities on the My Requisitions page, you can now search by the Requisition Preparer (header level attribute) by entering it as a keyword.
- The matching result count displays the requisitions matching your search on the header-only view. It displays the count of matching requisition lines on the Lines view.
- The results are sorted differently in each view.
Sort | Requisitions | Lines |
---|---|---|
Default |

Filters
- Filtering capability that is available since update 24B remains unchanged with these changes:
- The Requisition Status filter has been renamed and corrected to Line Status, its function remains unchanged, which is to search for lines in a specific status.
- In addition, a Requisition Status filter is introduced to search for requisitions in a specific status.
- The Filter counts indicate the requisitions count in the header-only view as opposed to the count of lines in the Lines view.
Actions
- These actions that are available on Lines view at the header level will continue to work in the Requisitions view.
- View Details
- Edit
- View Approvers
