Redwood: Use a New Supplier Experience for Supplier Qualification Management
You can now enable a simple and modern supplier portal experience for Oracle Supplier Qualification. The new streamlined response flow enables suppliers to easily search questionnaires, submit responses, and review qualification and assessment details. The redesigned redwood pages not only improve usability but reinforces the supplier qualification process as an efficient and transparent process for evaluating and monitoring supplier relationships.
Suppliers can easily view questionnaires requiring attention in a single page, or search for specific questionnaires by title or number. They can refine their search further with advanced filters. In addition to responding to a questionnaire, they can download the questionnaire as a PDF or reset their responses to start fresh.
Questionnaires Requiring Attention
To start a qualification questionnaire, suppliers simply click the questionnaire or select the Respond option from the Actions menu to view and respond to the qualification questionnaire.

View Active Assessments
On the assessment details page, in addition to the assessment summary, the suppliers can view the qualifications that were part of the assessment evaluation. All the qualifications included in the assessment and shared with the supplier are listed on the page. The qualification outcome, start date, end date and status of each of the qualifications are displayed.
