Redwood: Award by Spreadsheet and Add Award Attachments

You can now add award attachments to your negotiation from the Award Analysis Dashboard. You may attach supporting documents to justify your award decision or include them with the purchasing documentation.

You can export award data to a spreadsheet, make decisions offline, and upload it back to update your awards quickly and accurately.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Access requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains either one of these privileges can access this feature:

• Award Supplier Negotiation (PON_AWARD_SUPPLIER_NEGOTIATION_PRIV)
• Award Supplier Negotiation as Owner (PON_AWARD_SUPPLIER_NEGOTIATION_OWNED_BY_SELF_PRIV)
