Automatically Share Email Responses of Manually Shared Emails

You can configure email sync so that replies received by salespeople for previously shared emails get shared automatically with Sales.

1. Navigate to the Sync Configuration page. See How to Get to the Sync Configuration Page for more information.

2. Under Email Sync, set the Autocapture replies to shared emails option to a yes value.

3. Save your changes.

   Replies that salespeople receive to previously shared emails are automatically shared with the Sales application.

Also consider:

• Any responses to shared emails before this setting is enabled aren't automatically synced. Only responses that come after the setting is enabled are autosynced
• If the subject of an email is modified or deleted, Outlook doesn’t recognize that email as an in-reply-to email. Such email replies aren't shared in the original email thread that was shared with Sales.
